Pennellwood   Keystone Designs was commissioned to assist in the planning of this Residential Development Project. Working through complex zoning issues with the Township Planning Commission and Board to achieve required densities was achieved through careful planning and negotiations. Many amenities, such as hiking trails, tennis courts, swimming pool, chipping golf course and Lake Chapin Marina are offered to the residents that make this a successful and much sought after residential project.
