Keystone Designs was commissioned to design this 100 resident room,
multi-phased, assisted living facility in Niles Township, Michigan.
This 85,000 square foot facility was required to follow developer
guidelines of equestrian themed elements. The massing of the building
was given appropriate scale by breaking the building into “pods” as
well as varying exterior wall placements and a variety of finish materials.
The interior theme is that of a village streetscape, with shops, services,
and amenities for residents. |
